I love Lucky's, Is a fun bar w/an everyone knows your name atmosphere.. All the Bartenders are jovial and happy to see you.. Small limited indoor seating w/outdoor seating too which adds to the ambiance. Go have fun!! Carly
Adam=my favorite bartender in St. Pete. Cheap, stiff drinks. Usually low-key; I often go there just to sit and working on my novel on my laptop. I cannot say Adam didn't have some sway in the way the events in the story transpired. Honestly, visit here before The Garage or Cocktail--Enigma is great too as far as local gay bars. The way I look at it: if I want good service and to dance, I go to Enigma. If I want a chill "work environment" I come here.
Everyone is friendly and the place gets a good sized crowd! Nice smaller bar with and front and back patio! I do recommend it!
Loved this spot! Divy, campy, local hang out. Didn't expect much here but travelling through a couple days in St Pete's, topped in after work. So glad I did. Friendly peeps and a plethora of collections and art all over the place. Loved the bathrooms 'Elton' and 'Olivia-Newton' .........both John's. I want to go back when there is a good sunday crowd. When I'm back in Fl will def revisit.
What a great local spot. We found this place in 2017 and still love it. GREAT bartenders. Is a small space but makes up for it with large personality. Did I mention great Bartenders.
I went there for the first time with my partner. We had an amazing time. The bartenders were friendly, engaging, and courteous. It's more like a local pub, but tourists go to check it out. The people kind of knew each other. We met some of the local guys, and they were very friendly, funny, laid-back, and engaging. I highly recommend it to anyone. I was told that there is a new owner and he has great plans for the bar. There is a backyard for smokers. The drinks were cheap and strong. We definitively going back. If you go to Saint Petersburg, you really need to go there.
We finally had a chance to try out Lucky Star one Saturday afternoon. This place is small which makes it a lot of fun. The bartender was quite nice and got us drinks quickly. It can be a bit confusing to find the entrance. Go around on the side to the right and look for a fence gate that opens. It's not marked.
Outstanding Bar, so friendly, fun attentive bartenders and good drinks. We will be moving to St Pete within 2 months.
As a life long Madonna fan, its just nice to enter a place called Lucky Star. Its a great staff and was so kind to keep my credit card safe overnight after leaving it here. Thank you.
